We ask that you still fill out the form even if your information has not changed. The contact information is not only beneficial to our officers when they are out patrolling but also to you. Our officers use this information when responding to alarms, suspicious activities, during storms, and also as courtesies when things may not look "normal" at your place of business. We are asking for three (3) contact people with phone numbers (other than the business phone number) and we call the people in the order you list them. This ensures that we have a better chance of contacting someone. While on alarm calls. our officers stand-by. However, if there is no apparent problem and no responding person, the officer will clear from the premises and continue to check during the shift.
